About Me
Dr. Dumisani Dlamini is an accomplished Finance Expert with over two decades of experience in both public and private sectors. He holds various prestigious certifications, including being Chartered Global Management Accountant Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Chartered Director with Institute of Directors (SA). He holds Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Commerce degree among other qualifications.
He is a Group Chief Financial Officer of Soul City Institute a non-profit organisation that has made significant contribution in various communities across South Africa and SADC region, he also serves as Investment Manager for its subsidiary company.
He was a Chief Financial Officer of South African National Parks, a state owned entity with strong commercial business. He spent more than 12 years at the South African Revenue Services especially during the modernisation of SARS, rising to the senior management position.
He spent over three years at National Arts Council where he assisted the organisation to achieve three clean audits and was awarded the 2016 Public Sector CFO of the Year as well as the Young CFO of the Year.
He assisted a number of organisation in improving financial management, governance, audit outcomes and risk management environment.
He often speak at national and international conferences on various topics
